"Perfect apartment for what we wanted and needed, the outdoor area is beautiful and hot! And the complex and pool was great as well. Short easy walk into the harbour where the food was lovely in most restaurants but the moorings was excellent and friendly. There’s also lots of bars and restaurants close by to the apartment! "The apartment was perfect for our first visit to Cyprus, we could not have found a better place to stay. The complex itself is lovely and conveniently very close to the seafront where there are many nice bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and contained everything that we needed during our stay. We absolutely loved the outside area and spent lots of time sat out there in the early morning and evenings, so relaxing. We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to come back ourselves."

"The property is well located for everything. Short walk, 12-15 minutes, away from the larger supermarket, PapaAntoniou, which was fine but for the first shop - beers, water etc, we got a cab back which was 12 euros. The welcome pack, of 2 bottles of water, butter, milk and bread was very welcome. There were also some teabags. Instruction manuals all clear. Garden furniture was comfortable. Pool area and all communal areas were kept very clean and tidy. All in all a very enjoyable stay."

The kids pool was closest to the apartment and also the big pool was graduated so you can easily keep a safe eye on them without them getting in too deep. Hayley was very helpful and the check in process was really easy. Also in a great location for bars/ restaurants and within 20 minute walk to the Kings Avenue Mall. Would definitely consider staying again."

"We had a wonderful holiday at Hayley’s apartment, everything was just as described and very clean. The outside area was just beautiful, with very comfy sun loungers and 2 large umbrellas. Most of the small appliances (iron, toaster, hairdryer and kettle) were brand new, and also there were lots of coat hangers, which was just great. Limnaria Gardens is in a great location with everything on your doorstep. We didn’t eat in the apartment as there are to many wonderful restaurants close by. We would definitely recommend Hayley’s apartment and cannot wait to return. Thank you."

After a traumatic day at Manchester Airport it was fantastic to finally arrive at a lovely apartment. The apartment I'd very spacious with an amazing garden that gets the sun from early morning till teatime and is in an ideal location for the swimming pool. We loved it and look forward to booking it again for 2023

"Re-booked this holiday twice due to Covid, third time lucky and we finally had our holiday and enjoyed every minute of our ten days stay here. The apartment was perfect for our family and our requirements. We loved having our own garden space with seating, and really liked the pools being just a few steps away. The kitchen was very well equipped and the welcome hamper was a really nice gesture and very handy to have upon arrival. The apartment is in a good location with plenty of shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. We loved this holiday so much that we would definitely return again :)"

"The ground floor apartment had a fabulous private garden which was just a few steps from the pool. The two bedrooms were clean and both had their own bathrooms. The kitchen/ living area was spacious and light. The location was a 10 mins walk from the harbour, shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this apartment.'

"The highlight of this stay for us was the outside space. We loved the flexibility to lie out on the sunbeds in the garden, eat lunch outside or sit under the shaded area to cool down or on an evening. 20 paces from the garden gate and you were at the first pool, so we didn't take the sunbeds down. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable with lots of wardrobe space. The black out shutters worked a treat! WIFI worked well enough for phones, laptops etc. Good location for the local bars/restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the harbour or a 25 min walk to the Tomb of the Kings Road and more shops, bars etc. Would definitely return again!"

The harbour is about 15mins slow stroll along the seafront. The apartment itself had absolutely everything you need for self-catering, was really comfortable and we particularly liked sitting out in the garden area. ''We arrived just as Heather was finishing cleaning, so dumped our cases and sat in the shade of the garden. The apartment was very clean and the welcome pack was very............welcome! Nestor car hire provided us with a car for 2 days which enabled us to see some of the island. The trip to Troodos is worthwhile and on the way there is a lovely small taverna called The Oasis for coffee and cake. There are many small shops and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment although the big supermarket is a 30 minute walk away. The 10 euro set menu at Viva Cyprus is excellent and worth it just for the dessert trolley. We went there 3 times. Phivos is average and some items ordered were disappointing. Happy Island has no set menu and the food is good, especially the suckling pig on a Thursday. Nearer the harbour is Gourmet Tavern where we had a pleasant meal but found it pricey and noisy. Limnaria Gardens is well maintained with good, clean pools and the apartment, being at ground level, meant we could sunbathe in the garden without taking the sunbeds around the pool. Definitely worth a stay.''

''Stayed in this apartment a few times now & will stay there again next year. It has everything you need if you would like to stay in & cook an odd night. The terrace is private if you don’t want to be around the pool all the time. The gardens & pool area are also kept very clean. It is in a very good location not far from the beach & has a lot of lovely restaurants close by. It’s about 15-20 mins walk to the harbour. I would certainly recommend this apartment.''
