Lantana Apartment is located in Kato Paphos, within the gated resort of Limnaria Gardens. The apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for up to four guests.
With the use of the sofa bed, the apartment can accommodate up to six guests (available for a small additional charge), making it ideal for families or groups.
The lounge and both bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the garden with views across to the swimming pools.
The apartment comes with two sofas and a tv in the living/dining area and is complete with a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
Both bedrooms include fitted wardrobes providing ample storage. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the twin bedroom offers two single beds and its own identical private bathroom. Each bathroom is fitted with a wash basin, WC, the ensuite has a walk in shower and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath, offering comfort and convenience for all guests.
The garden is fully equipped for outdoor living, with a dining table and seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals alfresco in the beautiful Cypriot sunshine. Guests can also relax on the four sun loungers, shaded by two parasols, or make use of the BBQ during their stay. A covered patio area features a comfortable rattan sofa set, providing an ideal spot to unwind throughout the day and evening.
The communal pool area boasts three pools. One of the pools is a small toddler pool, ideal for those travelling with younger guests. The largest is a graduated entry pool featuring a jacuzzi, and the other pool has its own jacuzzi too and is accessible via steps.
Our apartment features many quality extras, including free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning throughout, a 50” HD TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, android box with UK TV channels and free gas for the BBQ. Travel cots and highchairs are also available. ​

Limnaria Gardens is a highly sought-after, award-winning resort offering three swimming pools, including a toddler/baby pool and a graduated walk-in pool designed for easy access, complete with a large integrated jacuzzi.
A further large pool provides plenty of space for swimming and relaxation.

The pool areas are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, featuring palm trees and tropical plants, with ample space for sunbathing and unwinding. If you’re lucky, you might even enjoy a fun afternoon visit from the local ice-cream van.

The apartment is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of essential amenities, including mini-markets, a few restaurants, and a chemist. Limnaria Gardens is situated just behind the Limnaria Shopping Centre, providing easy access to additional shops and services.

Both SODAP Beach and Vrisoudia II Beach are no more than a ten-minute walk from the property, while the bustling heart of Kato Paphos—with its wide selection of restaurants, shops, and bars—is also within easy walking distance.
During the busier months, guests can enjoy a variety of water sports along the coast, and the harbour offers boat trips for sightseeing, fishing, or exploring the surrounding area.

*Due to Cypriot Law it is illegal to swim without a lifeguard being present. There is a lifeguard on duty from April to October for our pools here on the complex making the pools accessible for 7 months of the year.
